Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully cold calling and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script
- Introduce products or services to prospects and highlight key features and benefits
- Qualify leads and Close Sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance
Requirements:
- 6 Months + Experience in Cold Calling and Telemarketing / Call center Enviroment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate sales
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF level 4
